Stephanie Manley LMT, NCTMB

I have lived in the Lodi, WI area for the past 25 years. In 2006 I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Madison, WI. I specialize in therapeutic and relaxing massage techniques - including myofascial release (Including 72 hours of John Barnes Myofascial Release Technique), trigger point therapy, scar tissue reduction, and deep tissue. I am also certified in Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Stretch Based Deep Tissue, Muscle Wispering, Hot Stone Massage, and Fertility Massage for mothers trying to conceive. As well as Reiki Master Level.  In addition to being state licensed I am also certified by the National Certification Board of Massage and Bodywork, I am always researching and taking classes; expanding my knowledge to help reduce pain and help the body's natural healing process. I am proud to be the owner of Myofascial Therapy and help my community reach their health and wellness goals.
